Each year, the BYA Kids’ Dog Show brings together kids aged 4-14, their dogs, and their family and friends for a fun-filled community event. This year, we were excited to involve local student journalists in covering the show, providing them with hands-on experience in reporting and storytelling.

BYA Ambassador Marta Jimenez Pelay, a sophomore at Groves High School, was onsite, capturing photos and keeping the community engaged with live social media updates along with a follow-up article on the Groves Scriptor.

 

Meanwhile, Berkshire 8th grader Alen Ter-Azaryan captured the event from his perspective, sharing special highlights from the winners in his follow up article.
